Confronting Myself and My Emotions

I found success in confronting myself and my emotions. I didn’t truly realize how much my emotions or myself was holding me back. It was something I’ve always in a way known. But, the actual act of going further than just thinking or recognizing it, to just simply speaking it and having it written for others, more or less allowing it to be public has been a surprisingly relieving experience. In all honesty, it has truly allowed me to be more comfortable to move on and continue progressing in my recovery.
