Anxious to get to use what I’ve learned

Book 1 really gave me a solid foundation on which I feel I can build up on. The most important thing I learned was being able to remain in the situations and confront the other person. In the past I would usually run away from uncomfortable or awkward situations instead of remaining in them and tackling them head on. I feel not only ready but anxious to put this into practice when I go home. I feel confident that I don’t have to run away and hide more!
