The way to happiness is truly a great book. I used to know these things but when I was using drugs I didn’t follow any of these steps. Now that I have some time clean and sober, it is easier to follow the way to happiness.

The Way to Happiness course contains 21 principles of a common sense moral code that when followed will put one on the road to happiness. For example, precept 19: The Golden Rule which states “Try not to do things to others that you would not like them to do to you”.
I too feel that The way to Happiness is a great book. I used to follow the principles that are described in this book before I started using drugs and then when I was using drugs I forgot about all of the principles until I reviewed them when I was here at Narconon.
The way to Happiness is a great book. Some of it seems obvious or self explainatory but as an addict I quickly forgot or disregard quite a few of the 21 principles of a common sense moral code. This bo0k was great to review and help remind me of the moral code I at one time followed before I became an addict.
