When I first got to sauna I was excited because I was told it was going to make me feel better and sleep better after the first few days. I got frustrated because I wasn’t seeing results right away; but, I couldn’t have imagined how much it was going to help me in the long run. By the end of sauna not only was I sleeping and feeling better, I’m now communicating more with others and my relationship with my family has improved greatly. These days I’m waking up in the morning without my main motivation being drugs. I’m feeling like moving forward with myself and my program in a positive way; this means a great deal to me.
